A spacious double + single room available in a friendly home, located just a 13-minute walk from Earlestown Station ( Direct train to Liverpool /Manchester Piccadilly/airport!) and close to a shopping centre, making it convenient for transport, groceries, and everyday essentials.

You’ll be living with me, a pretty chilled and bubbly person who enjoys cooking, keeping a clean home, and socialising. I’m usually either working from home or at the office.

I love cooking, and on days when I’m not too busy you might even get to sample the chef’s specials — no Michelin stars yet, but the reviews so far are promising!

You will also have a mini fridge and freezer to yourself + potential other housemate and more space upon request ! Another great feature is the separate bath tub and shower !

The property is semi-unfurnished at the moment and will gradually have more furniture added once I officially move in.

There is also a driveway with off-road parking available.

I’m looking for a quiet, clean, friendly, and considerate housemate who respects shared spaces and helps keep the home a pleasant place to live.

I’m open to renting to couples; however, please note that the rent will differ for couple occupancy due to increased usage and household costs.

Bills: All bills included, excluding council tax.
Students: Council tax exempt.
