Lodger required

20 minute walk from Overpool train station.
Choice of 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1, Large Double Furnished room available, Room comes with double bed, double wardrobe and set of 3 draws & a bedside cabinet.
Bedroom 2, small double room with double wardrobe and set of 5 draws.
Shared kitchen, bathroom with separate shower, and living room.
Room for another car on the driveway.
Small garden with seating/table.
All bills and broadband included.
I'm more than happy to re decorate the large room to be more neutral if needed.

I am a live in landlord with a male Mastiff/Staffordshire bull terrier so a dog savvy person is a must, I'm clean and tidy and keep my home the same way and would require the lodger to do the same.

Lodger will be under a lodgers agreement and references will be required

About the dog- my boy is v, well trained and will not interact with the lodger unless i give him permission, he is crate trained so if im not home this is where he will be & will only be out when im home.

About me- I work full time, if im not at work im in the gym or out with the dog.
