This is a mon- fri (£120) or a sun-fri (£150) let only. (£30pn)

I live in a modern property on a cul-de-sac near Cheshire Oaks. Spacious modern home with a good sized private furnished single bedroom and shared bathroom. All bills are included. The room and bathroom is on the middle floor of the house, (there are 3 floors and I occupy the top floor and shared living spaces are on the ground floor). An existing lodger also occupies a room on the middle floor mon-fri and shares the same bathroom.

The room has a single bed with memory foam topper, wardrobe, Smart HD TV (can access Netflix, own subscription required), desk area and tea & coffee facilities. The room is at the front of the house.
There is off road parking available and a secure area to leave bikes.
The room can be available mon-fri (£120 per week) or sun-fri (£150 per week) all bills included. The room will be serviced fortnightly.

This would be ideal for those working in the area during weekdays (E. g contractors).
