Freshly decorated double bedroom in semi detached house in Ellesmere Port. My house is five minutes away from two motorway junctions by car, five minutes from Cheshire oaks outlet village, cinema, bowling alley and other amenities including David Lloyd and freedome trampoline park. There are three of the big four supermarkets in the town, again, within five minutes. The house has superfast broadband, a south(ish) facing garden and has off road parking for your car as well as mine. The front garden is covered by a video doorbell. You’ll have full use of the kitchen and utility, bathroom and garden. Your bedroom has a single wardrobe, small double ottoman bed with storage, 43 inch Sky Glass TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Sky. The main bathroom is across the landing. There’s also a toilet downstairs, in the utility room. I do have a dog who you won’t see much as she only lives half of the week with me. You obviously can’t be allergic to dogs. My 18 year old son comes to stay every other weekend which is why I’m looking for a Monday to Friday contractor only.
