Hooton train station is only 5 minutes walk from the house and has main lines into Liverpool and Chester with trains running every 10-15 minutes and there are great links to motorways nearby with the M53 being just a 5 minute drive away.

Upstairs there is a good sized bathroom with a shower, toilet and bath and there is also a toilet downstairs too.

Downstairs there is a large living room and kitchen which is equipped with a dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee machine and double ninja air fryer and there is a decent sized garden to the back with a seating area.
