Gorgeous double room available in a beautifully presented apartment. I’ve recently put the apartment up for sale, so I’m offering the room as a short-term rental, with the possibility of extending depending on the timing of the sale.

The rent and deposit have been kept low to reflect the short-term nature of the arrangement.

Ideal for contractors, professionals between contracts, relocations, or anyone looking for somewhere comfortable for a few weeks. I’m currently estimating the rental period at around 4–8 weeks, with the potential to extend if the sale takes longer than expected.
