We have recently had to move out of the area for work and we were in the process of building a lovely family home. As a result the rooms are very well kept and recently decorated including the open plan living space and master bedroom. There is a brand new luxury bathroom downstairs with 2 living rooms that is if the second is not used as a downstairs bedroom.

The property is within 5 minutes walk of Otterspool Promenade, 10 minutes walk of Rose Lane and Allerton road not far beyond. You can walk to Sefton Park in about 25 minutes and be in Lark Lane in about 40, If you drive its less than 10 minutes!

Transport links are good with road access to Speke Boulevard getting you on the M62, M6 and M56 quickly. South parkway is 5 minutes drive and connects you to national rail networks instantly. The airport is only 10 minutes away to!

There are loads of cafes and pubs within walking distance of the house and if you wish to stay in there is a substantial garden to relax in which gets the sun most of the day. A balcony is available which gets the sun in the late afternoon.

For extra storage space the loft is boarded and you can also use the garage space.

We loved this house so hope we can find some really nice people to enjoy spending time there.
