Hi - I'm a renting a room in my 4 bed house in Hoylake. Preference is for a student or a young professional looking for a Mon - Fri let commuting into Liverpool for University or their job / local commute. Also open to 7 day/week renting.

House is a 5-minute walk from the train station which gets you into Liverpool in circa 30-minutes. Walking distance to shops on the high street inc a Sainsbury's a 2-min walk away, Wetherspoons, great bars, restaurants and more.

Room comes fully furnished with double bed, Emma premium memory foam mattress, can include a desk if required - room is in pics in listing (please note it has been decluttered since photos being taken, decks being moved downstairs). Also includes built-in wardrobes and access to your own bathroom w/ shower downstairs.

Also have two living rooms, one which you could use privately, plus outside space inc courtyard, front garden, hot tub and more.

Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and will look after the place.
