This double-fronted, very spacious house is in an excellent location for all the shops along County Road. Heron Foods Supermarket is practically outside the house at the top of the road. The bus-stop into town is a 1 min walk around the corner, outside Subway. Kirkdale train station is a 10 min walk away. If you're a "Blue", Goodison Park is a 3 min walk, if you're a "Red", Anfield Stadium is a 20 min walk. The house is opposite a Methodist Church (if that applies to you!)

In the large shared kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, plenty of cupboard space and a large dining table that can seat 6 people around.

There are 2 bathrooms both with electric showers. The back yard is south-facing and has an area for sitting out in the sun (if we ever see it in the UK!)

The rooms are let separately and have their own key, with a thumb turn lock on the inside. All doors are fire doors. Each room has recently been neutrally re-decorated and contains a divan bed + mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside unit, electric wall heater, TV socket, 3 double power sockets, vinyl blinds, smoke + fire alarms.

Car parking is on the street outside. The house has free high-speed WiFi for tenants. Deposit is one month's rent. The property has obtained a Selective Licence from Liverpool City Council and thus meets all their requirements.
