The room is furnished with a double bed, clothes rail, chest of drawers, chair, sideboard and a tv! I’m ideally looking for someone that’s quiet, likes their own space and down time. Would suit anybody working in The Royal, Broadgreen or Alder Hey as they’re all really close by. ROOM AVAILABLE FROM July.
The house is calm, quiet and chilled and definitely somewhere peaceful to come home to after a long day.
Extremely well linked bus into city centre in 15 mins, Aldi, Tesco, Home Bargains, Sainsbury’s and Lidl very close. Edge lane retail park is 5 mins away.
Rent is £ 550
per month, all bills included and a professional clean once per 2 weeks. HOWEVER, a small uplift will apply to anybody working from home to cover extra heating/electricity.
