We have a large double bedroom available in our house share in Wavertree.
The house is conveniently located about a 30 minute walk into town so ideal for those who like to commute by foot or bike. Alternatively, there are good bus links and Wavertree Technology Park Station is really close by for those commuting out of Liverpool or wanting to train into town.
There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby on Picton Road as well as Smithdow road a few streets down. There is also a range of supermarkets including Aldi, Lidl and a 24/7 Asda nearby.
The 4 bedroom house is clean homely and made up of a kitchen, sitting room and bathroom. All rooms come with a desk and are nice and spacious.
Currently 3 girls who are all working or studying so ideal for someone a similar position. Everyone gets on well so looking for someone who would be a good addition.
