We have a double bedroom available in our house share in Wavertree.
The house is conveniently located about a 30 minute walk into town so ideal for those who like to commute by foot or bike. Alternatively, there are good bus links and Wavertree Technology Park Station is really close by for those commuting out of Liverpool or wanting to train into town.
There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby on Smithdown Road and Picton Road. There is also an Aldi, Lidl and 24/7 Asda only a 15 minute walk away
The house is nice and homely and made up of a kitchen, sitting room and bathroom. All rooms come with desk and are nice and spacious, even the smaller room.
We are a mix d household and are all working or studying so ideal for someone a similar position. Were all pretty sociable and get on well.
The room is secured with first months rent and deposit. Shorter term lets considered. All bills included. Any questions at all don't hesitate to contact. :)
