This location is VERY WALKABLE so most errands can be accomplished on foot.

At 7-minute walk you will in Breck Road with a lot of convenient stores, bank, barber shops, pharmacy, takeaways and 9-minute walk from the Asda Breck Road Superstore.

In 20 minutes, you will be in downtown, No 14, and 17 19 buses are very frequent every 6 minutes.

Your en-suite room has the following features:

◙ You will have good internet for home use included in monthly rent.
◙ No-one shares a bathroom with somebody else, all rooms are en-suite. The bathroom is quite spacious, has a shower cubicle.
◙ A comfortable bed with an orthopedic mattress.
◙ Your own desk with a led lamp and bin.

◙ The kitchen and lounge are quite spacious and fully equipped with microwave, two ovens, hobs, toaster, cupboards and storage units for you.
◙ Two washing machines, one fridge one freezer.
◙ We are a professional landlord registered with the Red Redress Scheme. Your deposit will be protected and guaranteed.
◙ All tenants are thoroughly check for you to have peace of mind about who you will be sharing the house with.
◙ All bills and council tax included.

Rates are for single occupancy. Couples are welcome with a £50 monthly supplement.

*Street parking is available but it is the responsibility of each tenant to check if it is free to park on the street or if it is necessary to apply for a permit from the council.
*We do not accept responsibility for fines or penalties if tenants are fined for parking in not permitted places or without the necessary permits.

Our criteria: we are looking for working professionals/mature students who have a regular revenue at least 2.5 times the rent, without unpaid debt on their credit history - otherwise you will need to be able to provide a guarantor that meets those criteria.
