Large room for professional or mature student

1 double downstairs room available from end of May 2026, with large work desk, chest of drawers, shelves and hanging rail. All bills included, with fair use agreement on gas and electricity.

You will be sharing with 2 females - one British professional female, 26 yrs old and me an Irish professional female, 42 yrs old. I currently work away and will be away at least 50% of the time.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, keeps the place clean and is quiet late in the evening and at night (I'm a light sleeper).

There is 1 shared bathroom/toilet upstairs. There's an outdoor area out the back. There is a shared living/dining room. Good strong Fibre optic WIFI. There is no TV licence on the property so live tv (BBC, Channel 4, 4OD etc) cannot be viewed in the property on any device unless you have your own tv licence. Non-live TV programs/films can be cast to the living room TV e. g. Netflix, Prime etc.

Inside the house is strictly non-smoking but smoking in the outdoor area is ok.
