I’m a young professional living in Liverpool. I’ve got two cosy spare rooms to rent in L5 close to LFC ground and amenities.
Room 1: Fully furnished with double bed , 1 wooden wardrobe, , one bedside table with a lamp, a shoe rack , a small wooden work station for laptop and stool , 3 wooden shelves , a smart telly with internet access, and a mirror.

Room 2: Fully furnished with king size bed, two wardrobes, two bedside tables with lamps , a chest drawer, a small table with two chairs , a smart telly with Internet access and a massive mirror .

All bills included ( council tax , water, electricity , gas, Internet) Bathroom and Kitchen to share ( fully equipped washing machine / Dishwasher/ microwave/ kettle / smoothie maker / toaster / rice cooker / coffee machine) Bathroom with bidet

it’s less than 5 away from LFC ground , lots of shops and take aways, including post office , pharmacies, barbers , local library , Asda, parks , Hope and UoL unis, the Royal hospital. If interested, feel free to contact me to arrange for a viewing .

Smoking allowed only in the backyard , not inside the house

There’s an extra charge of 5£ per day for extra guest . Payments will be taken on weekly basis in advance.
