This amazing house has just undergone a full scheme of refurbishment to create the amazing co-living house share you can see in the pics! Every room has its own en-suite and there are two large communal areas to work/relax in; downstairs we have a large kitchen and living area with a 65” TV with A FULL SKY TV package and upstairs we have the WORK FROM HOME CAFE which has another full kitchen, 7 hot desks each with plugs and Ethernet ports and a meeting/dining table.
INTERNET - Knowing that good WiFi is more important than hot water these days, we have two internet lines to the house, a 500MB Virgin Media Business line as well as a 900MB BT Fibre line, with both lines connected to Ubiquiti wireless access points meaning you should never lose connection!

LOCATION - The house is situated on Norwich Road off Church Road which in turn is off the popular Allerton Road! If you’re looking at this ad you’ll probably already know but there are a great choice of pubs, bars and restaurants to choose from all within walking distance of the house.

HOUSEMATES - If you’re sound and you respect the people you live with then this is the house for you! Ideally we’d like to build a community and for everyone to get on. We encourage things like movie nights, cooking together and any other activities that can help everyone get along better (other than house parties of course!)! We created the communal spaces with this in mind :)

There’s space to eat or work around the island and breakfast bar and plenty of space to relax on the couches and watch the 65” TV with full Sky TV package.
Upstairs kitchen/work from home cafe - The kitchen is kitted out with an oven, hob, sink, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, cutlery and crockery and two large fridge freezers. In the work from home area there’s a dining/meeting table, 50” TV and 7 hot desks each with its own sockets with USB ports, hard wired Ethernet connection and a light.

LAUNDRY - We have 4 washer driers in the house, one located in the downstairs kitchen and the other three in the laundry cupboard under the stairs.

The house and the rooms are fully furnished and very well equipped. The rent is an ALL INCLUSIVE bill package: Council tax, water rates, gas, electricity, TV licence, broadband, cleaner; these are ALL INCLUDED within the rent! The broadband is high speed throughout the whole house and the rooms also have a hard wired CAT6 ethernet connection

The house benefits from a full fire/smoke alarm system throughout the house and has been refurbished to meet all the current regulations.

This house is situated in a large newly renovated 3-storey house on Norwich Road, L15, just off Church Road which in turn is off the very popular Allerton Road. The main bus route/bus stop is very close by and has great travel links for the rest of the city.
