An application has been made that means this offer is not available. Rooms are still available at the accommodation but any taker will not receive the discount - other than the person replacing the room for me. I am leaving this advert available until the contract signing has happened.

Due to attending a different University but having an accommodation contract in Liverpool, I have a Silver non-en suite room at Dwell Cathedral available to a student starting September 2023.
All amenities and Wi-Fi included in contract.
4 housemates expected. Ideal for any of the Liverpool Universities.
42 week contract should be £123 per week (through Dwell) but willing to reduce to £111 per week by giving £500 cash back to you on contract signing.
Student interest only in order to retain council tax exemption.

The Silver Non Ensuite bedroom contains a small double bed, wardrobe, shelving, study desk and chair.
It’s set within a 5-bed house, meaning you’d share the 2 toilets, 2 showers, and kitchen with your housemates.
All rooms have 100 MB Wi-Fi, which is included in your rent along with all other utility bills and contents insurance. This helps offer you hassle-free living, knowing your bills are already covered!
The Silver Non Ensuite room is for you if you prefer to live with more housemates!
