1 double rooms available in a 3 bed house share just off picton road.
All Bills Included (inc Council Tax Band A)

Looking for housemates that want to keep a relaxed atmosphere, happy to chill out in the living room/garden, but respect space when you cant be bothered etc.

Myself in my own time, I'll be either making music / doing some diy project / in wales looking at mountains / chilling in living room / at my partner’s place / etc


Please note - the room is offered at a reduced rate, as it is a short term let - i am looking to go travelling abroad towards the end of the year. No fixed date yet but i am aiming for 3-4 months, so this whilst this could change, i have put 3 month max stay just incase.
There is also some minor renovations undergoing in other rooms hence the cheaper rate. Please message for any more info on this.

If your not from liverpool;
- 5/10 min walk to wavertree tech park - trains to city centre / manchester line

- Picton road Bus stop and literally loads of buses within 1 minute walk

- Wavertree park also within a 1 minute walk and is genuinely a lovely park
