I'm looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate. I am a 26 year old young professional.

Agents require that any new tenant will need to complete a credit check in order to be signed on to the tenancy.

Property is on the 4th floor, has a lift, resident parking and a juliette balcony. There are two bathrooms in the property so you would a bathroom to yourself. Spacious living room/kitchen. There is also a cupboard for extra storage.

I am happy for any tenant to set up a desk in the living room if they feel there is not enough space in the room.

Property is located next to Brunswick station which is one stop (4 minutes) from Liverpool central and 30 minute walk from the city centre. There is a corner shop opposite the building and a 15 minute walk from Tesco Extra and Lidl.

Room is partly furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table.

A flatmate in their 20s would be preferable but I'm open minded with tenants and happy to meet anyone interested in the property.

Costs:
- £400 per month rent.
- Bills will be split 50/50, inculding water, electric and council tax.
- Deposit is required
- Council tax band B
