Short Term Let near Penny Lane

Myself and my housemate are currently living in a 3 bed house at the top of Penny Lane on Smithdown/Allerton Rd and currently have one room free for a short term let.

The house is in a relatively quiet area and is a decent size. There's a little yard outside, straight upstairs is the kitchen and bathroom, and all of the bedrooms are on the second floor.
Very open, spacious living room and we have wifi, good signal and lots of fairy lights ✨️

We are both in our early 20s but we're not students and view the house as a chill and comfortable space where we can just be ourselves (this is not a partyhouse!).

We're both queer and this house is 100 percent a safe, free and expressive space for us and we want it to be comfortable and welcoming for whoever moves in aswell ♡
