Recently renovated penny lane room to rent

Hello!

I'm looking for someone to move into my recently renovated house. The room is a large double, has new furniture and will also have a new mattress. The bathroom is shared.

It's located in a quiet residential area, on the 78 bus route and is a 7 minute walk to allerton road, there is plenty of on street parking.

I'm looking for ideally a female who is easygoing, tidy and respectful also someone who likes cats as I live with my baby Ragdoll Pax! Sometimes I travel for work so ideally would like someone confident in looking after him for a few days and giving him cuddles when I'm away.

This isn't a party house but I'm happy for someone to be social and have friends round, I also like pilates, working out, walks, coffees and reading so it would be great to find someone with similar interests. I also used to live in Ireland for 6 years :) I work from home the majority of the week.
