Quiet hours:
After 10pm, the flat must be quiet. This is mandatory and non-negotiable.
No smoking:
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Anyone who smokes in the flat may be asked to leave.
No shoes inside the room:
The room is carpeted, so no shoes are allowed inside.
No overnight guests:
Overnight stays are not allowed, except occasionally if we discuss it beforehand and agree.
