All bills included - looking for a lodger 1st July

Hi,

I am looking for a lodger to rent out the spare room. I have two cats living at the property too.
It is a three bedroom house with a toilet separate to the bathroom. There is a dining room and a separate living room. The kitchen is full equipped. There is a separate dryer and washing machine. It is a calm environment to live in so will be good for professionals or students. I am easy to live with and have had a lodger in the past who stayed a long time before moving to another city. Ive had a couple of short term lodgers too in the past. I spend my time working, playing netball or out with friends or family. When I am home I am quite chilled out and enjoy watching Netflix or some sports. It is a comfortable house and you don’t have to worry about the bills as they are included in the rent and I organise that. I am clean and tidy and like to have a relaxed environment.
