Cozy flat near Sefton Park/Lark lane!

Larger bedroom

Looking for one (preferably) or two flatmates, two rooms available. Former tenant used one as her bedroom and the other as a home studio/office.

Kitchen and bathroom will be shared with me, we have a big driveway (shared with two other flats in the building) or on street parking, 15 min walk to sefton park/lark lane or 45 min walk into town or 15 min bus.

One room is large with a big window, unfurnished and the other is a little cosier with skylight and original wooden beams.

Would love someone who is around the same age, someone who is sociable but also loves their alone time too like me, the kitchen and living room is a nice open plan space and I’m happy to chill out and watch a film occasionally or eat together :)

I work in Bridal styling and i am also an artist so I’m sometimes working from home half the time and the rest I am at the studio. I enjoy reading, watching films, drawing, walks and a good pub!
