I'm a student who will be moving away from Liverpool in the summer so will need someone to take over for the last 2 months of my fixed term contract. House is very comfortable, quiet and clean, students and professionals who are friendly and respectful. It's an ideal location with 24hr Asda and Aldi just at the end of the road along with buses into town. Once the contract has ended you can stay as long as you like.
