Double room in friendly house

Furnished double room in a lovely 4 bedroom house!

We’re looking for someone clean, friendly, and considerate to join our house. This will be suitable for working professionals and medical professionals, as it’s very close to Royal Liverpool University Hospital.

Postgrad/PhD students can enquire. Please note this is not a party household.

The room: a bright furnished double room with a good amount of storage (wardrobe and chest of drawers), plus a desk.

The house: all bills included plus fast WiFi. Shared kitchen, shared living room, and 3.5 bathrooms. You’ll have a bathroom to yourself, and will share with another person in the future. Please note this is not an en-suite but a shared bathroom.

Housemates: you’ll be living with two other people - myself and the landlord. There are plans for another person to join down the line. We are a mixed gender household.

Area: a quiet residential area in Kensington with great transport links nearby. It’s close to Lidl, Home Bargains and other shops near Edge Lane. It is a 15 min walk from Edge Hill station. Free, unallocated on street parking is available.
