Room in the Baltic triangle

I will be leaving my flat in July and looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

It’s a big double room with sliding wardrobes. The flats on the 4th floor at the front so has a great view of the Mersey.

Me and my flatmate Gina (24, works for Ljmu) have lived here for nearly 2 years and it has been great. Gina is going to stay so I’m looking for someone to fill my room.

The rent is £525 a month plus bills. At the moment all bills (including council tax) come in at around £200.

My final day of my tenancy will be the 14th July. So move in from then but I can leave a few days earlier if needed.

Flat has a shared bathroom and big storage cupboard with washing machine in which is very useful for coats/ suitcases ect.

There’s free on street parking too ( no permit needed) or you can pay for secure underground parking I believe.
