We are looking for someone to take over my tennancy on 13 albany road. It’s Room 1 on the ground floor, it’s a three-quarter spacious bed and fully furnished with a desk and wardrobe. As well as this there is a private bathroom next to the bedroom with a shower. This household is majority girls with one boy all aged between 19-21, we are looking for a student in Liverpool that’s easy going and respectful. The room easily accessible being on the bottom floor, with easy acess to the spacious living room, kitchen and outdoor area. The area is Kensington just outside the city centre and easy for John Moores and Uni of Liverpool students.
