Room available near Sefton Park

I have a lovely double room available in the conservation area of Grove Park, Toxteth - close to Lodge Lane and Sefon Park/Lark Lane area. You would be sharing with myself (I am about to return to University to study Nutrition and Dietetics, in October). Looking for someone chill and easygoing. The flat sits within a beautiful victorian building, with a toal of 12 flats. We each have use of a lush, south facing communal garden - your bedroom window overlooks this. I am going to be away in France/Italy for some of the summer. If I find a suitable flatmate - you will have the house to yourself for part of this. Tenancy is flexible. I am ideally looking for a short term let until October but I'm happy to consider both long term too, providing we get on of course. I am pretty chill - I like cooking, nutrition, growing food/gardening, ashtanga yoga, music, nature....
