Beautiful, creative houseshare in South Liverpool

Room available in spacious terraced house just by Lark Lane

We're two creative professionals (28 & 36) looking for a lovely new person to join our house share from late June/early July.

About the house:

- Rent is £350 /month (+Bills brings it to about £500)
- Fully furnished
- Garden + spare room + dining room
- We're in a great location right by Sefton Park, and near all the bars and shops on Lark Lane.
- 10 minute walk from St Michael's station, close to bus routes (82, 60)

We're looking for someone who is vibrant & fun, but also respectful of other people's space and keen to keep the house tidy. We're both very creative and enjoy being social, we're really inclusive and welcome anyone identifying as LGBTQIA+.

You'll be living with:

Joe (28, they/them) musician and professional. Into gigs, climbing, painting, and going to the pub.

Sarah (36 she/they) Creative Arts Therapist and writer. Loves walking and being in nature as well as comedy improv & spoken word.
