Lovely home between city center and Sefton park

Hi everyone!
We are 5 tenants (age 25-30) currently looking for a housemate to join our lovely 6 bedroom house on Danube street! It's at a perfect location right between the city center and Sefton Park!
The room is available as soon as you need for £350 (this unfortunately does not include bills and council tax of £63 total).

Just a note to say that one of our ex housemates has bought a house which they will renovate and eventually some of us may move there- however this is very much in process and we’ll likely still be around for quite a while longer so you’ll still be joining a vibrant fun and warm community until then. It also means that you will be able to fill the rooms when they become available with people you vibe well with and curate a lovely home. Don’t worry, the responsibility to fill a room is with whoever is moving out so we will always fill a room before we move out :)

The tenants:
- Valentina: Hi! I’m French and Italian, and I'm currently training in both horticulture and general medicine! The stuff I'm into usually involves nature (foraging, gardening, climbing trees, etc.), crafts, sports, dancing, food, colourful things and adventures! I love nights out, movie nights, house dinners, never ending chats and best of all, falling asleep on the sofa.
- Grace: Hiya! I work for a financial tech start up, and at a creative agency that runs digital arts workshops. I’m also a writer, cabaret performer, director, and general ne’er-do-well. Love a bit of yoga, a cafe, and national trust properties.
- Giada: (They/them): Hi, I’m Giada, PhD student in Geography, my research is on socioeconomic inequalities in the UK. I’m Italian, I live for music: gigs, clubs, jam sessions, mixing, lying in bed with headphones on…
- Simone: Hi I’m Simone! (25)
I work in social justice for a Christian charity. I love wild swimming and hiking as well as going out dancing and chatting in the living room with a mug of Yorkshire tea ☕️
- Jess (moving in in August)

We're all quite sociable :D !

The House:
- It's got a washing machine, a temple dryer, a dishwasher machine, oven, hobs, microwave
- Ground floor: toilet and sink room, first floor: bathroom with bath/shower and toilet, second floor: bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Every room is fully furnished (But agency is fine with storing away furnitures you don't want in your room)
- Nice Garden and spacious living room with a projector and chromcast!
