Double room available in Kensington

Hello! We are looking for someone to take over a double room in our lovely flat from July. We are two women in our early 20s! We have already secured the tenancy and are looking for a third housemate and take over the remaining double bedroom.

We’re both chill and love a cosy lifestyle. We love crochet, reading, doing yoga and having lots of cups of tea 😝 We want the flat to feel peaceful, comfortable and like somewhere where we can all have a safe space.

We’re not so much going out girlies anymore but we do enjoy the occasional rave, cocktails with friends or a spontaneous adventure every now and then!

We would love to live with someone who has a similar vibe! Someone considerate, kind, easy going and silly would really fit in with the feel of the flat.

The room is a double sized bedroom with beautiful exposed brick, on the third floor of a small apartment building. There are only 3 apartments in the building so it feels quiet and private! The flat also has a large family bathroom and a huge garden to the back and side of the house where cars can also be parked.

Council tax is not appliable if you are a student! If you aren’t a student, council tax will be added on the rent. It is council tax band A.
