The Rooms & Rent:
• Double room: £400 per month
• Double room: £400 per month
• Single room: £300 per month
All bills are included in the rent (gas, electric, water, council tax, and fast Wi-Fi). The deposit is one month's rent paid upfront.
About the house:
The property is unfurnished, so you will need to bring your own bedroom furniture.
Downstairs, there is a really big shared living room and a large kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer available to use, and a nice private garden out the back.
