Double room for rent

I am looking to rent out my spare bedroom from September to help with bills, put money back into the house and hopefully make a new friend!

Would be large double bedroom with your own bathroom on the ground floor. I will replace the drawers with a wardrobe, small drawers and if needed a desk and chair before September. Shared living-room, kitchen, conservatory with garden and driveway. Plenty of storage and all white goods for use. More videos and pictures of shared space can be sent.

Located in Kirkby 40 minutes into town on public transport with great bus and train links a short walk away. Close to town centre with access to lots of shops.

Happy to send pictures over to those interested and can be flexible on the price for the right person. I would like to meet up before living together and get to know each other.

I am 24 years old with an office job meaning I am in office the majority of the week. I am tidy and sociable looking to live with another girl similar in age. I enjoy going out for a drink or coffee and have friends across the uk who I try to see as often as I can. I also enjoy a quiet night in watching telly as well as time alone. Open to students or young professionals for long term rent.

We would also have a 3rd house mate my 3 year old Cavapoo Hamish. He is friendly and anyone looking to rent must be okay with dogs. He is shared with family and stays with me half the week or during holidays so would not be in the house full time.
