Large Double Room Available – Quiet House Next to

We're looking for a housemate who enjoys a calm, friendly home. Someone who is happy to do their own thing but also enjoy's the occasional movie night, gardening project or going for a walk.
The house is in a great location right next to Rimrose Valley Country Park, with a large rustic cottage-style garden that's very much a work in progress! We grow vegetables and flowers, and we've recently added a swimming pool for the summer.
There is one resident large-breed dog, Bjorn. He's lovely but sensitive, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable around dogs and happy to respect his routine. Any guests just need to be communicated in advance so we can make sure he's comfortable.
We're LGBTQIA+ friendly and want the house to be a relaxed, respectful place to live.
The room itself is a spacious, bright double. Some furniture (bed frame, rug and small cupboard) can be left if wanted.
The shared space is an open-plan kitchen/living room with a large sofa and patio doors opening onto the garden.
There is a large driveway available for use as well as the property being located less than 0.5 miles from Seaforth and Litherland train station and bus stops with routes into the city. Central Station is under 30 minutes by train.
We're happy to consider small pets, and potentially a cat or dog with careful introductions.
Overall, we're looking for someone who wants a peaceful, welcoming home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
