It isn't just for LIPA students but for all Liverpool university students, though it is close to LIPA and houses mainly LIPA students. It is a very nice room with a bathroom directly across from it, basically making it an ensuite as it's the only bedroom on the ground floor. It's in a nice area and close to other student flats/accommodation. It's a mixed gender house.
