We are offering a short-term room until December, ideal for exchange or PhD students, professionals on an internship or work placement in Liverpool, or visiting lecturers and researchers looking for a comfortable home for a few months.

The apartment is located in L3 8BT, very close to Liverpool Hope University’s Creative Campus and around 12 minutes from Liverpool Lime Street Station. The Royal Liverpool University Hospital is also within walking distance.

The apartment is a two-bedroom apartment with:

Open-plan living room and kitchen
One bathroom
Balcony
Garage with secure parking
Secure space to store a bicycle

The room is furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, bookcase, and wardrobe/storage space.

You would be sharing the apartment with my partner and me. We are both working professionals and travel frequently for work, so we are often away. This means you will have the apartment to yourself for significant periods. When we are home, we are looking for someone who is respectful, clean and comfortable sharing a home.

We are specifically looking for someone who only needs accommodation until December. For this reason, when contacting us, please let us know your reason for needing short-term accommodation and your expected dates (e. g. PhD/exchange programme, internship, work placement, visiting lecturer/researcher, etc.).
