5 Bedroom shared house, single room for rent

We are looking for a tenant to sublet, its one of the largest rooms in the house and on the ground floor, it comes with a double bed and desk. We are a very friendly and social house, looking for a housemate who's up for netflix, takeout and card games. Its a warm environment, living room and kitchen open to the whole house as well as two shared bathrooms and a considerate garden space, good for sitting and enjoying the small bits of sun we get in britian. The house comes with wifi and tv license included, bills are only gas and electricity but that's added on only if we go over the meter. Its a student only house and the council tax isnt a payable cost
