Need extra flatmate for 40 cameron st, liverpool

We are a group of 4, (currently 3 females and 1 male), as one of our original group members dropped out we are not looking for a housemate to move in with us so we can move in properly. The move in date is the 25th august, so if you're looking for an a place to move in urgently before September please get In contact. The property is a 6 bed but the 6th room is ours to keep if we want to at no extra cost. Currently everyone in the group is a musician but we welcome anyone as long as you're okay moving in with a bunch of musicians.

For extra details, some of us are smokers and some aren't. According to the contract, pets are allowed but it depends what type of pet and must be spoken about with the landlord beforehand, so if you already have a pet there is no guarantee that you will be allowed to bring them. We are a clean group of people and like to keep on top of cleanliness.

There are currently two of us who will be paying for the council tax which is band A (1,595 pounds a year). The landlord said we are eligible for a 25% discount.

We currently have no pictures, but I can ask the lettings agency to send over any pictures at your request if you would prefer to see it first.
