Tenancy takeover in student house share

Due to a change in circumstances, I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy in a student house share (female and students only). It is a 4 bed property in Kensington fields, and you would be sharing with 3 other 2nd/ 3rd year girls (at UOL and LJMU). Bills and TV license are included in the rent.

You would have the spacious ground floor bedoom (the one in the first 3 photos), and you would have the ground floor bathroom mostly to yourself- the house has 2 bathrooms, both with showers and the downstairs bathroom has a bath.

There is a shared kitchen and living room, and a small garden space out the back. Your room comes furnished (bed, bedside table, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers), and the bed has drawers built in for extra storage.

The lettings company is Mr Sales and Lettings, who are registered with Liverpool Student Homes (a university owned accreditation service). The rent is £120 pppw, or £520 per month, and you can pay in instalments or monthly.
