One double room available in a three-bedroom, two bathroom queer-friendly townhouse in the Georgian Quarter! The available room is on the ground floor at the back, and shares a bathroom and shower with one other bedroom. There is a lovely and spacious shared open-plan living room/kitchen on the first floor with a Juliet balcony. The kitchen has a washing machine and a dishwasher, and there is free on-street parking. The house is a 20 minute walk from both the University of Liverpool and the John Moores Mount Pleasant campuses, and is on 5 bus routes.
You would be sharing with Zoë (26F, 3rd year Astrophysics PhD in LJMU) and Aaron (30M, 3rd year Epidemiology PhD in UoL). Despite our busy schedules, we're a very sociable, relatively tidy household and would appreciate someone who is equally outgoing and friendly to join for movie nights/group dinners!
