En-suite Double room, all bills included!

We have a double room available with an en-suite shower room in a modern 3 storey house in a quiet area.

The room has a double bed, large wardrobes and drawers and a desk, with bedside tables. It also has a TV with Sky, Netflix, Prime and Apple TV included in the price.

All bills included, gas, electric, water, broadband and council tax (band C)

We also have a cleaner generally on a weekly basis who will clean the room and shower room if you wish, included in the price.

The rest of the house (kitchen/diner) is a shared space. We have an indoor cat, Lily, who is friendly but generally keeps herself to herself and won't trouble you!

In terms of public transport we are very well served by bus to the city centre, with a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which has busses to the centre every 10-15 minutes all day.

There is a shop within a 5 minute walk, and within a very short drive there is New Mersey retail park, and numerous supermarkets.

Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and hot tub in the garden available to use as you wish.

We are 40 & 41, married for 13 years and are a friendly and easy-going couple who enjoy being at home as much as being out. We both work full time, Mike in retail management and Rob works in telecoms.

We are generally liberal people so anyone would be welcome, and as much as this is an LGBTQ+ household, anyone should feel comfortable here as much as anyone else!
