Double room in 2 Bed home 3 miles from City centr

A furnished double room becoming available in a 2-bedroom house from 14 December 2026.

The house has excellent transport links, with a bus stop less than a 2-minute walk away, and great local amenities nearby, including Asda across the road and Tesco and the Post Office within around 5 minutes.

The room is furnished and also has a 32” TV mounted on the wall.

I’m looking for a clean and tidy housemate to share a comfortable home. I love having my own space, but I’m also quite sociable and enjoy spending time together, whether that’s having a chat, watching a series now the winter is creeping in or going for food or drinks, or doing something together occasionally.

I’m currently studying for a Master’s in Computing at Edge Hill University and I work in car insurance. Outside of work and studying, I spend my time with friends, going to the gym, baking and travelling. I’m fairly busy but like having a good balance between doing my own thing and being social.

I’ve lived in this house for nearly 2 years and really love it it’s become a proper home for me, which is why I’d like to find someone who will enjoy living here too.
