Cute double room available in 3-bed house!

We have a double room available in a three-bed house in the lovely Allerton area next to Penny Lane! The room is available asap but move in date can be flexible ☺️

£650 includes all bills and council tax fees.

The current occupants are me (Isla) and Jess. I am a final year PhD candidate and Jess is a Doctor. We are both super friendly and enjoy communal cooking, hiking, art, the pub, and generally a relaxing lifestyle. We currently have a third housemate- Lizzie- who owns the house but is looking to move out!

The house has a bathroom and a second toilet, a large-kitchen dining area, a large living room, and a patio/outdoor space that is south facing so is sunny year round. On-street parking is always available. We are less than 100m from Tescos, and larger supermarkets are all within walking distance. The house is next to the stop for bus routes 86, 80 and 75 into Liverpool center, which take less than 30 minutes.

We are looking for a female professional housemate to who is happy to hang out with us but also do their own thing! We are pretty clean and tidy and would prefer for our new housemate to be the same.
