Furnished Double Room in a Georgian-style terrace

I’m looking to rent out one room in my 3-bedroom end terrace home. It’s a comfortable, relaxed house, and I’m looking for someone who’d be happy living in a friendly but chilled home.

£625 includes all the bills.

The house is arranged over three floors. The ground floor has the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, with two bedrooms on the first floor and a further staircase leading up to the loft room. On-street parking is always available, theres a tesco really close and bus routes into town run from just around the corner.

I have a cat who lives here and a small/medium sized dog who’s here around 50% of the time. They’re both quiet, friendly and clean, so you’d need to be happy living with animals.

I’m 32, a full time working professional and enjoy getting outdoors, going for walks, cooking, reading (although audiobooks have definitely taken over lately), and settling down with a good series. I also enjoy the occasional pint at the pub.

It would be nice to live with someone who’s friendly, easy-going and has some similar interests, so that the house feels like a nice place to come home to.
