Looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Paddington Park House, 1 Paddington Village, Liverpool. Available immediately for £119 per week, with all bills included and a £99 deposit.

The tenancy ends on 10 July 2027. The accommodation team will confirm the payment schedule and amount payable based on the takeover date.

Located on the ground floor of Block M, the furnished Standard Ensuite room includes a three-quarter-size bed, study desk and chair, storage space, electric heater and private en-suite bathroom.

There are three bedrooms in the flat, so you’ll be sharing with just two other flatmates. The kitchen and living area, including a breakfast bar, is shared between the three of you.
