The rent is £100 per week inclusive of all bills and broadband.

The room is fully furnished including fridge, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

The house has a large fully fitted kitchen, separate utility room with coin operated washing machine and dryer. To the first floor there is a large bathroom and there is also a separate shower room on the ground floor. Externally there is a large patio area.

It is a friendly, quiet house. All current housemates are professionals.

The rent is inclusive of all bills and broadband.

The communal areas are cleaned by professional cleaner.
