Room 7 (£415 per month) comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, mirror, desk and chair.

Communal lounge / kitchen / dining area, with comfy leather sofas and SMART TV. This is a great space for hanging out with your house mates.

The other current tenants are Ryan (28) a graduate professional, James (24) a graduate professional, Mikey ( 23) a medical student, Pearse (24) who is a postgrad professional/ mature student Lennon (22) a student from Japan and Rose (22), a mature student on work placement.

This is a great house if you are new to the area and want to meet other like minded mature students or young post grad professionals. The compatibility of our tenants is important to us, so we are looking for likeminded housemates.

We are looking for friendly, relaxed, respectful people who appreciate that other housemates require a good nights sleep. If you are looking for a party house, then this house is NOT for you!

The price includes a CLEANER who comes in every few weeks to clean the communal areas.
