This is a relaxed house, ideal for young professionals or mature students. (aged 23 to 35) who appreciate that other housemates want peace and quiet and a good nights sleep. If you are looking for all night parties then this house is NOT for you.

The other current house mates are masters students from Nigeria. They are are in their mid 20s

Minimum contract 6 months. Deposit £200. Reference and credit check may be required, depending on circumstances.
