Room in quiet location near town, bills inc

Hello! One of my housemates is flying away end of June, after which a room will become available.

Its a small-double bed, in a 3-bed house share – £480 per month, all bills included. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the city centre, 5-minute walk to Tesco/local shops, and 10 minutes to town. Outdoor space for when it's sunny and garage for extra storage. Not a party house. Very much a peaceful home with occasional tv nights or a dinner party.

I'm pretty laid-back and chilled, and looking for a housemate with a similar outlook who would like to occasionally socialise and spend time together. A show/movie night, a drink in the garden or pub etc. While also respecting each other's space.

You’ll be sharing with 2 people:
Myself, works in IT, so there's in house tech support. I like the occasional gig, snowboarding, cats, cinema, geek stuff like anime. Politically left.
Other remaining housemate is a masters postgrad, potentailly going into PHD. Keeps to herself mostly or stays at her partner's.
