Double room, quiet location near town, bills inc

Hello! I have a room available from 16th August.

Room is a small-double bed in a 3-bed house share – £470 a month, all bills included. Can include a large bookcase if needed. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the city centre, 5-minute walk to Tesco/local shops, and 10 minutes to town. Outdoor space and firepit for when it's nice, and a garage for extra storage. Not a party house. Very much a peaceful home with the occasional dinner party.

Looking for someone to get along with who would enjoy spending time together as housemates. Whether it’s a pub trip, movie night, cooking together or trying a new restaurant.
I'm pretty chill and easy-going, and respectful of others’ space. I work in IT so you’ll have in-house tech support. I also like coffee shops, snowboarding, cats, anime, most nerd stuff, trying to get into bouldering. Your other housemate is a postgrad, and likes reading, fantasy, board games/online games.

Short term let’s considered.
No cats currently but cat friendly.
