8) Are you single occupant? (1 person per room Gov rules sorry)
9) Any details about your self and interests would be great.
10) Ex/non students will have a rent increase of @ £10-15pw for part of the Ctax liability are you ok with that?
11) Are very very super clean and tidy & willing to engage in a full cleaning rota.
